    Yah mon the red wine was for the braised short ribs ravioli that I have made and photographed in here before. Although it did get drank............ everything was delicious!!!!

    Yeah the grill marks were on accident. It was pouring out.... I havent grilled in the rain in a while.....

    ^^^ 25 ppl but with the stuffed lamb filet and 2 filet mignon stuffed filets there was plenty of leftovers...

    For the spring rolls did you use rice noodles??? I used them the other night for the first time in a long time and they came out good. the other night I had to make them for my father in law's gf bc she is gluten free. They were super easy to work with and they came out good despite me rushing through cooking them. I would do it again if I found a good recipe for them.

    I've been there Pete...I took my mom up there Nov 6th. It was the 1 year anniversary of my dad's passing, so I decided to spend the day with her. I took her to the Buffalo Chip to enjoy a nice steak, but ended up enjoying a killer All U Can Eat BBQ Buffet on the patio. She LOVED it.....and I...heeheehee...Ninja pic'd a Rodeo Queen. :D
