    had some lumpia yesterday!!! 1/2 was fresh made (don't think it came out too good, they started to fall apart in the fryer) and the other 1/2 was from the store bought party pack (chicken, last time we got the pork it was too SALLLLTTTTYYYYY :mad: ). Have some wraps left, going to attempt the one with the bean sprouts and ground beef in them *fingers crossed

    on a side note, anyone know if there is such thing as a sweet tasting vinegar? one time my mom got back from work, she got some lumpia from the store and they gave her some BOMB sweet vinegar (never tasted vinegar like that PERIOD, haven't ever since either :( ).

    imo making them is 10x's better, but then again it's usually hard to wait for them to finish lol. Didn't get a chance to make more BUT on a good note, my pops brought home some bomb lichun (sp). Not the BS soggy kind either, skin on this is like they just took it off the que.

    Yeah start it off at 375 so you can get a good sear on it. Then nice and low temp to not over cook.

    Yeah we went to NYC, it was $40 for 3 burgers 2 fries and a drink. We have had $90 lunches in Applebees in NYC so the price was nice. I really like seeing a true burger and hand pressed fries being cooked.
