Last of the leftovers from this weekend, minus some chicken for a lunch taco. I even broke out the good china...

When they're smokin' they're cookin when they're burnt they're done.

First time using a smoke tube in an electric instead of chips in the tray

Been in Asia for about 3 weeks now and am in Ho Chi Minh City aka old Saigon now in an AirbnB condo.

Wife is out with relatives and I stayed in condo while they went out to eat and do some shopping.

My sweet wife felt guilty and had a nice lunch delivered to me so I would not starve ... it was hung on the door knob outside the condo .... ha ha

Big shrimp, angel hair noodles, some green things & etc  , peanuts and good sauce. :hungry:

90% of the time when we are in Asia ... my wife orders for me ... she knows what I like. :)

Everybody gets drinks and food delivered in Asia now, especially in Vietnam and Thailand.

Relearning chop sticks again too ... :)

PS ... This delivered food costs from $1.00 US to maybe $2.50 US and is much safer and better than street food IMO.

I am super picky with food and drink as I have a touchy stomach ... lol

    Foodies….Air Fryer….Grilling Forum?
    Patty Melt
Cooked down 1/2 a white onion. Grilled 1/3rd lb 80-20 grnd chuck patties. Buttered 2 slices of marble rye and air fried 1 minute from cold oven. Added 1 slice American and Colby to each pc and air fried 1 additional minute. Assembled with onions and 1 grilled burger. Back in pan used for onions and browned. This method worked well as bread never got soggy.
