Haha, not for a while!! Plus I only weigh about 140 right now.

Im 30 years old. About 5'9" in height.

 

tall skinny guy! but im not too far from ya either hahahaha

subract 4 from your age and about 2 inches off the height.. but add about 15 more lbs to your weight

im thinking of mixing greek+italian...heres my idea for the weeked:

chicken/sausage + broccoli fettucine alfredo stuffed in a hollowed out pita bread then baked... with the bread from the hollowed out pita bread, i can snack on with hummus

pretty good actually, what sucks is that I barely found out that we had some garlic bread in the other fridge. If I could do it over though, I wouldn't have added in the peas and carrots. should have fried the meatballs, they were kind of bland, sauce helped a lot.

THAT'S A MEAL! that fetti is going to go in nice with all the chicken/sausage brocc imo and putting it in the Pita, will make the sauce stay hot, not get all cold after a bit. what hummus are you going to use?

 

Hot is good! Cold the sauce starts to thicken and no bueno.

no idea what hummus to use. somethin' from Fresh n Easy.. any suggestions?

 

I've tried Garlic and the Tomato ones. Garlic I think is the norm, only had the tomato one once, but it was still bomb. Forgot who made it (my older brother got it from Ralphs I think). Side note, had hummus with the salt and pepper chips (from Fresh and Easy), first time eating hummus .... that shit was BOMB!!!!! Cousins friend thats a cook had me try it. Always ask for it when I go visit. imo either would be good. The garlic goes great with the fetti, but then again that tomato. there's another one that's made don't remember the flavor, was fairly curious to try it, haven't gotten to it unfortunately.

friend and i went for a 3 mile run...then just a few hours ago for a late lunch

ahh boo that sucks! you get rash/hives?? or just toot toot too much LOL

 

lmao, with dairy its okay once in a while. but too much I get a runny nose, then I get all scratch in my back and face. eggs, my throat swells up bad and I start to choke (learned the hard way when I was younger during Easter, tried to eat a some of the egg and almost choked to death). Dishes cooked with eggs, I get like I ate a bunch of dairy but it also makes my throat all scratchy and I yack a lot.
