    Oh you know the usual... 16 oz of real crab meat, picked through to make sure there's no shell fragments, 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing, 1/2 cup Frank's Buffalo Sauce, a cup of freshly shredded white cheddar, 1/2 cup of freshly grated Gouda and a softened 8 oz block of cream cheese.

    Mix the Frank's, Ranch, 1/2 cup of white cheddar and the cream cheese together first, fold in the crab meat so as not to break it all up and toss in an oven/smoker safe pan. Top with remaining white cheddar and top that with the Gouda. Smoke/oven at 350F for 20 min then under the broiler for a few minutes to give the cheese some color. I added some freshly chopped chives to the top just because I could. Serve with crackers, chips etc.
