Client’s keto birthday dinner party — less than 4 net carbs for the entire meal.

Smoked beef rib // herb oil // whipped lemon feta // garlic hearts of palm noodles | Cinnamon marshmallow // dark chocolate // dark cherry sauce.

Presentation wasn’t my favorite, but planning to plan is failing or something.

I want to kiss the people that invented the Traeger smoker. This thing is to easy. Rub, heavy on the brown sugar. 4.5 hours at 250. Never too smoky. How do you like 'em? Dry rub only or spicy saucy? I do 2/3 Sweet Baby Ray and 1/3 Melinda's Ghost Pepper sauce. Gives an official Ric Flair Woooo! They were both 10/10.

Dang now I want some ribs. I do a spicy rub but at the end brush on some Stubb's Sticky Sweet.

Looks great! We really like savory ribs and can’t go wrong with SPG. I did, however, have a request for the 4th to do some Dr. Pepper Cream Soda ribs. I think I posted them in the smoking thread

I bet it’s fantastic. I’m just not much of a sugar person. Most fruit is too sweet for me :(

That sounds phenomenal. We love feta to begin with, but this takes the cake. I'll have to experiment with the ol' lady wuen she gets home

My shteak. The best god damn homemade mashed taters and some sautéed veg under the steak.20230730_191132.jpg

Forgot about this. Yall can hate on tik tok as much as you want but they got nice recipes. I think my kitchen scale is cheap walmart garbage, because it is, so my paste was a little dryer. Had to add more egg whites to get it more easily spreadable. That guy also recently uploaded one for cheesy garlic bread that has almost the same crust.

Forgot to reply to this too, but def not a real chef. Just love cooking and try to teach myself new techniques and recipes all the time. Thank you tho! My fav part about cooking is when someone eats something i make and loves it. My old roommates were spoiled with random meals and baked goods lol

Whenever I see one I want to make, I save it with a note on a google doc - sometimes things go haywire but it's usually a good list to dig into when I'm lacking self inspiration.
