Ground turkey, beans, maters….some may call it “chili”, but don’t wanna offend any purists.

Was going to grill some pork chops last night after I watched the Lions game but ended up with a nasty storm so I ordered pizza for the family and I got wings and ate some of the cheese bread.

Might grill them for dinner tonight before I go see the Micro Wrestling Championship with my friend.

 

Long way to the top rope for those guys...

Sourdough seasalt roasemary focaccia, sourdough chocolate w/ sea salt and dark chocolate focaccia, and a sourdough loaf. Loaf is for us, the focaccias are for a work bake sale today

Didn't realize how bad the picture was, steak au poivre w/ red wine/white onion sauce, cutoffs of the end of the focaccia, and cauliflower mash. Steak was mash was but I had stuff in my fridge to make and needs must, so, here we are!

 

Steak and bread look outstanding, cauliflower anything goes right into my trash

TL DR - it's easier to add sesame and list it than it is to keep it away, so now there's sesame being added to a ton of foods.

 

To kick off fall….sending a little bit of New Mexico to you all!

 

Ribeye, so a good vet can still save it, parmesan, roasted peppers, scallion, feta balsamic herb stuffed mushrooms.

 

Grilled halibut, lemon/butter/caper sauce. Mediterranean salad.

Greek Style Cucumber, Tomato, Feta Toss (Not seen).

I roasted a couple dozen pounds yesterday!

First up: chicken enchiladas with spicy lime crema

 

Chicken Parm because nothing bad ever happened when you fried, baked and boiled dinner.

 

Nice, Chicken Parm is one of my favorite meals.
