    Thanksgiving Dinner here in Canada last weekend.

    Roasted chicken, herb rub under the skin, lemon, onion, garlic in the cavity (my son say no to a weeks worth of leftover turkey sandwiches), stuffing (ground pork, bread, carrot, celery, onion, garlic, herbs, stock), mashed potatoes, succotash (green beans, mushrooms, corn, slivered almonds, balsamico). Strawberry shortcake for desert, Cranberry juice with sparkling apple juice to drink.

    Is meatloaf limp stuffing?
