The chibouse was frozen in 1/2 round silicon moulds and then hit with a torch when plating to give that meringue look

My daughter is home for winter break. She loves French cousine. I made her crepes with Nutella and banna folded inside and finished with berries and whipped cream.

I can even impressive myself with a cast iron skillet lol

 

Last time I used two of ‘em with steak in the middle. Warned the neighbours this time so no Fire Trucks.

Also just got a meta quest 3 and made this while wearing it. Was very helpful using augmented reality to have a floating screen with the recipe i was using as well as another screen playing some youtube stuff. Recorded it but idk how to upload a video. Cant wait to have it up while doing stuff on the truck. Dont gotta wipe your hands before grabbing your phone to google. Just grab stuff and type out of the air.

Well good news kids! I just saw that Huy Fong Sriracha is back on the shelves.

 

Thank god. We tried a few other brands that were totally not the same and then resorted to ordering it on Amazon.

 

Too salty for me. That sriracha.


Todays lunch was a veggie udon.

Sriracha doesn't belong in this dish... but you could use a spicy sausage for some heat.

 

Added Bacon to mine. I add Bacon to everything when I’m uncertain.

 

Bacon makes everything better!
