    That is one southern staple I cannot do. I'm a texture person and the texture of them is no beuno for me lol. My wife (southern girl) LOVES them and we get them from an old guy who has been selling them near our cabin in NC for years.

    I don't have an issue with green stuff, I actually ate a salad on purpose last night. :rofl:

    Looks really good. I wish I could find Tritip around me. Used to have a small butcher around our old house that would cut it up for me but we moved too many miles away from there to go back.

    It's not the smell that gets me, it's the texture of them. Like I said my wife loves them though, so we get them whenever we are at our cabin.

    Oven roasted potatoes and oven roasted salmon. Threw the potatoes in a ziploc bag with olive oil, ranch seasoning, Italian seasoning… and the salmon I massaged the olive oil it.. seasoned it with salt, lemon pepper, and Italian seasoning.
