    Hello all,

After doing a few cmc’s for local guys I’ve decided to start this thread to show not only what I’ve don’t but offer some services that a lot of us can use and don’t want to pay the high prices of local shops.

    Right now I’m offering:

    cab mount chops

    Cam tab gussets

    Spindle gussets

    Ecgs bushing installs

    Weld on sliders

    Bed racks

    Rear shock relocates

    Other items that are hopefully soon to get into the mix;

    Frame boxing

Just about anything custom ya want.

I don’t stock any of the parts for the cam tabs or spindle gussets. This wound be something that can be bought from Toytec or vendor of your choice.

I’m trying to keep a few sets of cmc plates on hand. We’ll see what happens with the other stuff as it comes into production.

Disclaimer: this is a side job, work typically only happens on weekends

I do the same thing for local peeps! Done a bunch of cmcs and a rear shock relocate, have one more I’m about to do, as well as weld some sliders on someone’s truck. It’s a fun side gig that’s a win for both parties imo.

Sub'd. At some point I will want to do the cab mount chop and the ECGS bushings, possibly the rear shock relocate.

What is the prevailing opinion? Replace the ECGS bushing during a lift install or when needed? I have most of the lift parts and the install on those looks pretty straight forward but not sure if I want to tackle the bushing install myself, especially if you have all the necessary tools.

    Lifted, Armored, needs more lights.
During Lift, otherwise you basically have to take it (Driver side) all apart again to do the bushing

I agree with Steve. It’s easiest to do the bushing while doing the lift. The bushing usually only starts making the vibrations after a lift.

Awesome, I'll add that to my list. Definitely interested in having you do the bushing since I'm not 100% confident in doing it myself.

@YamaDirtrider Have you "boxed" in your frame rails under the Bed?

No, but thinking about doing that when I do the shock relocate. Also deciding if I wanna make a cradle for a rear winch.

Why? You wanna box yours in?

Thinking about it after getting rear ended, pushed the bed into Cab at a single point so they had to pull it all apart to repair.

Now introducing a rear steel bumper for your land cruiser 80 series, front bumper with winch cradle and other goodies. More to come on that
