You must be new around these parts. I skim... A LOT.

That's sort of what I figured, but I wasn't too sure either.

There was a video I saw online of the 12 volt install for our trucks. Maybe that would help us narrow down the plug? Now that I know 12 volt solutions makes a plug and play kit, now another thing I’m gonna buy
    :spending:
With that being said, I am now interested to know if they use the same plugs or different ones for my own interested! I ordered the footwell lights and plan on ordering the remote start as well!

I watched the video and he doesn't touch the connector utilized in the 2nd Gen Footwell Harness, so you should be good to go!

Im not entirely sure as there are multiple connectors on the 12v kit. I dont remeber them plugging into a module at all though. Some on the steering column one down in the door harness etc. Let me watch the install videos again.

If this is where the connection is made then no the 12v solutions remote start kit will NOT interfere.Screen Shot 2022-03-11 at 5.08.32 PM.jpg

Hey everyone! I hope you're all doing well. Thanks to everyone that has pre-ordered. I just want to take a moment and give an update on our timeline. So originally we had these slated for late March, but due to the COVID shutdowns overseas, our factories are unable to get in and do work at their normal pace. The good news is, before the shutdowns, the harnesses and other components were nearly done. With the current shutdown timeline (they are estimating another 5 days of isolation), we are expecting orders to start rolling out in 2-4 weeks. Thank you all for your patience, and if you have questions just let me know. I'm sure it's frustrating given the moving timeline, but we're all doing our best. Thanks!

@kmorgan3 thanks for the update, we appreciate you! Of course we all want things immediately but understand how things work with the pandemic. As long as the lights truly don’t suck I think we can wait!

Will these work on the 2.5 gen regular cabs that aren't prewired? I have a 2012 base model 4wd and its not prewired for anything so just adding cruise is gonna be expensive so before I bought these lights I want to make sure they will work.

Remove the cubby that gives you access to the cab fuses.
    Look for this connector:
    upload_2022-4-4_20-48-33.jpg
Blue wire on slot 9 of 1E.
    upload_2022-4-4_20-50-1.jpg
If the single cab has it, you're good to go.
