For what it's worth I paid and got my HID kit quite quickly. I may have been the first to pay and the first to receive their kit, which is working currently with no problems. From what I gather it sounds like everything that could have gone wrong did. It seems like the response to this GB was more than anticipated and left people scrambling.
Kudos for trying to make amends.

I got my HIDs, LEDS, and 4 Hella 500s from GG and I got it on time, plus they wired it up for me on the spot. Super nice dude from what I experienced.
