My girlfriend just called me from the vets office and they had to put her dog down.

Her name is Queenie, she's a pit, 11 years old who has been paralyized for a few years.

Please keep her in your prayers, she's incredibly broken up by it even though she knew this day would be coming soon

Wow, that's a shame bud... so sorry to hear that. :( I know how she must feel... lost a close friend after 14 years as well.

To be very honest, I've known dogs during my life that I would give more time for than some of the people I've met.

    Best regards to your gal.

Sorry to hear this, I just had to put down my dog after 16 years in Aug. It was the hardest decison I've ever made. I can only imagine what she is going thru, as is seems like Queenie was a very special dog. Just keep in mind that she is in a better place where she can run once again
