I really like the Aprilia, have a 2002 GSXR 1000. I wonder how the performance matches up? I know it is a sexy looking bike and its an Aprilia, those are definitely 2 things going for it!!!!!

The Ape is a great bike, but even with the LSL bar risers it is too hard for this old guy to ride a couple of hundred miles without paying for it the next day.

As far as matching up with an '02 Gixxer, the Ape throws everything its has at you right away on the low to mid range. Now don't get me wrong she wails up top, but not like the inline 4s. The RSVR made its name in racing by great handling and hooking up that massive torque out of the corners, the formula hasn't changed with the new RSV4 and Max Biaggi will most likely have another WSBK Championship riding the Aprilia.
BUT the very best thing about the Ape is she might not be the fastest girl you'll bring to the party, but she will be the hottest looking.
Thanks for looking and bumping the thread.

Very nice bikes. Man the Sportbike seller's market right now is in the gutter. It's definately a buyer's market. It'll spike in Spring 2013, then go right back down by August. GLWS.
