Thank you- I honestly love this bumper and wish I was keeping it on my truck. Only reason for selling is I need a version with no swing out and the hitch below the license plate to better accommodate getting a camper and dirt bike hitch carrier for long trips. I'm literally replacing it with the same brand of bumper but without the swing-out and the hitch location below the license plate. It's a pain to have to swap and loose the tire carrier but my loss is someone eases gain.

 

Do the side plates tie into the frame with a bracket ?
