holycrap, to be able to bend a beefy spindle...i bet you have other issues to your truck that either you know about and just not saying, or.. that you haven't discovered... yet. not even i abuse my truck like the way you drive yours mobbing through the desert...but i still have cracks in the frame.. and in the transmission cross member which has already been replaced..wonder what your frame and other suspension components looks like!?

lol I hear ya, man. I've caught my own little share of flack for using MY truck in such ways. 'Was just joking about how Camburg might have responded- just for laughs :D . Meant no offense- I think they're a great company. Rock on, man. I'm all for pushing the truck to it's limits. :)

Absolutely! I gotcha. That was just to discourage any Camburg haters from turning this into another DR shit storm.

I was at one of TW's favorite shops recently, when the owner outta nowhere starts going off about how much he dislikes Camburg and Jerry Zaiden. All just because he saw a Camburg sticker and parts on my truck...

Also, Brandon and I met a guy from at Barstow who had full Camburg LT on his Edge but said he hated Camburg. When I asked why? He said it was because they wouldn't give his friend free replacement LT beams after he rolled the truck 4 TIMES!

I have 2 locals in line already, it would be highly unlikely for both to flake.

I'll still keep you in mind though.

Quick question. How did you figure your spindle was bent and not something else on the truck?

Well I spent a lot of time underneath the truck and inside the wheel wells looking for other damages. I couldn't find anything other than some cracked powdercoating on the inside of the spindle. Which was consistent with the negative camber and toe out I had on that side.

Then I replaced the spindle with a new one and eyeballed an alignment. Test drove the truck for over an hour and a more precise alignment should do the trick.

Ahh, the cracked powder coating is a good giveaway.

Yep, so I got a proper alignment done yesterday and we've got a clean bill of health for the little truck. Feels and drives as solid as before and there are no other damages to speak of. She lives to fight another day!
