Let me dig some and see what I can find, but I came from OME 886 on 5100 to these on my Icons. I don't have a plate bumper, but I do have a hidden winch mount, rock sliders, and skids. These were much softer than my OMEs. It is not fair for me to provide just a general comparison since there are many other variables. Although I did not preload my 5100s at all. I did not like how much preload I had to put on these coils to maintain the ride height I wanted. However, I am on 700# coils now so 50# less at each wheel is fairly significant. I don't know what type of driving you like to do, but I just crawl around and don't do much of anything fast.

In addition, you will need new struts if you plan on using these. Otherwise, just get some 885 or 887 depending upon the height you want.
