SOLD! Thanks to @malman2100 for buying them and @Grizz4x4 for delivering them!

OEM 5" Oval Tube Steps off my 2017 TRD Sport, Long Bed, Double Cab. These extend nearly to the rear wheel of a double cab long bed. I just took them off yesterday and they have 12k miles on them but are in excellent condition. The truck has never been off road so no dings or scratches. I'm also including the OEM hardware.

These will only fit a Long Bed, Double Cab, I am certain.

I am in Northern Harford County, Md. 21154
I prefer a local sale but I'm willing to drive at least an hour (Google Maps) to meet you.
I will ship these if possible but I will have to build a box and shipping will likely be over $100.
    I prefer a local sale.

    Thank you for your consideration.
    Rob

    OEM Hardware (includes all washers):

Is there a part number on these. Looking for my 17 DCSB. Lost out on a set last week due to a family death. I lease and not interested in dropping a boat load of coin. The selling dealer wanted 1200 bucks installed. When I complained they told me because I leased I could not install them as that’s considered modifying.

I will check but my guess is these will not fit a short bed. Let me go look at them and see if there is a part number somewhere.

You may be right? The SB ones are straight back whereas the LB are curved at the end?

    Thanks for looking.

Hey man, I would have to call the dealer to be sure but I believe this is the part number.

    So sorry for your loss.

If you're local I will install these for you for free.

Yea, these are definitely curved a little on both ends but definitely for a long bed.

Look, the dealer is jerking your chain. You can do anything you want to a lease vehicle so long as you return it to stock when you turn it in. $1200 is stupid, and he must be insane. These tubes are almost $600 new and take them less than an hour to install.

You find some for your truck and if I have the time I'll install whatever you buy. As long as you're local that is.

Excellent. Wished you would have bought mine instead. :D Of course then you would need a long bed but that's ok too. LOL

Great, glad you got them. I am sure you will like them a lot.

The bed size has no bearing on whether they will fit, the only thing that matters is if they are off a double cab or access cab.

I disagree. If you look at pics of Long Bed Double Cab vs Short Bed Double Cab Tacomas the distance from the back of the cab to the wheel wheel is longer on the Long Bed.

    Here's a LBDC

    Here's a SBDC

As you can see, there is at least 16" of extra length from the cab to the wheel well. The tube steps I removed fit from wheel well to wheel well and I would be willing to bet what I want for them they will not fit a Short Bed.

Here's more info. Take a look at this:

    https://parts.toyota.com/p/Toyota__...JJMmbYE2bjo41aMdwbAFz64_r0wfYK2UaAt_QEALw_wcB
    • BED TYPE: Short
    • CAB SIZE: Double CAB
    • COLOR: Black
    https://parts.toyota.com/p/Toyota__...xzil315z21_Xtzt1JOxo5txuyzWzA9JsaAnBvEALw_wcB

    • BED TYPE: Long
    • CAB SIZE: Double CAB
    • COLOR: Black

Then if you look on Amazon someone asked a question on Amazon and the vendor responded with:

The PT767-35113 are Black Tube Steps for the 2005-2015 Double Cab Tacoma Long Bed. For the Double Cab Short Bed Black Tube Steps use PT767-35112

But hey, if someone wants them and is willing to cut off the ends for their short bed this is still over $100 cheaper than any other price online. And I am willing to help anyone local to instal them for free.

I follow your logic, do you have a picture of the steps when they were on your truck. You will be able to see whether they extend past the cab or not. Most do not like the predator steps that are on the long bed you just posted

Oh, and you are right about the cab size, these will not fit an Access Cab either. Not even an Access Cab Long Bed. These are only designed for a Long Bed Double Cab.
Yea, I am still a little on the fence about the Predators on the Long Bed. I understand why they feel that way. When you've had wheel to wheel anything shorter seems odd as hell.

    Here's are some pics:

Also, with these OEM Tubes, I was able to stand on that back section to reach into the bed. I can't do that now with the Predators. The Tubes were essentially perfect in every way, I just wanted the Predators since I plan on lifting my truck and I am short, and the wife is shorter still. The OEM Tubes sit up nice and really don't make the truck look lower loke some do. That was another great aspect about them.

Ah yeah wow those do go wheel to wheel so I definitely stand corrected. Yeah the predators are nice but definitely make my truck feel lower (also kills clearance off roading) they get beat up pretty bad and im surprised they havent bent yet lol

No problem at all, I am no expert. I am glad too because I would hate for me to sell them to someone that thought they would work only to find they didn't. It's always healthy to agree to disagree than just say whatever and move along.

I have seen videos of guys bending the shit out of those Predator steps in real off road situations. Beyond repair. Neither offer the same protection as sliders but the OEM Tubes are at least 4" higher the full length. I measured the Predators on my truck and with +2 tires I have just about 12" of clearance. I have not been off road yet but when I do go, I will always have to be cautious.

On the upside, both are aluminum so any scrapes will not rust.
