    I have stood and bounced on it probably exerting 220lbs. As far as rust goes, no! As long as you paint or powdercoat it and use stainless bolts. I have ran through the car wash twice with it on and haven't had any leak issues either.

    The brackets that bolt to the existing holes in the roof, how thick are they? Also what size lights are those 8 inch? What kind if tubing did you use? Nice and I see it's been painted since the last time I saw it.

    I believe the brackets are 16 guage. They are thin yes, but are reinforced with a piece going to the crossbar. I can literally jump on this thing and it doesn't move.

    I have the Hella 500FF lights, I believe overall dimension is somewhere around 7". I used 1.25" 0.65 wall HREW tubing.
