Everything is in great condition, except in some spots, the top layer of stitching has come off (picture below), but this does not impact the functionality at all. The vinyl cover remains tightly secured by the stitching on the edge. The vinyl itself has no tears. Everything works perfectly. Included are all necessary hardware.
