    Easy to make them black. I dont pay tax as I'm in Delaware (no state tax)
    I can buy lugs cheaper aftermarket. $80 shipping is same as yours.

    people forget they're selling used wheels site unseen. It's takes a little more than a "slight" discount to buy something used. The savings have to be considerable. Specially when buying them without seeing them.
