    I guess , I have so many aches and pains it’s hard to tell :rofl:
    The lower left back pain is 99% gone ,I just feel a little pain now in the vertebrae just above the tail bone :notsure: I have an appointment with a neurologist Jan 19 . I’m guessing a new MRI since it’s been 5 years . My chin ,neck ,and shoulder get the tingles about 10 times a day . Pretty sure that’s cervical stenosis. Happens from arthritis,bone grows into the space we’re just spinal cord should be . I really have to make a conscious effort to just take it easy and watch the way I move when doing things for now . Every thing good with you ? Ready for New Years Eve ? Do some keg stands maybe :D

    I don’t remember doing a lot of keg stands back in the day but I’m sure I did a few :D
    New Chiropractor has been helping with my neck . She says it’s only trying to get more movement because it needs major decompression which she can’t do . We will see what the Doctor says in January.
