The older I get I’m starting to enjoy the fall too.

 

I don’t know what’s going on here,back up in the 90’s this evening…
Think I’m just gonna sit around till this evening,and go to the Range for a little while..I’ve done something to my bad shoulder again,didn’t feel like an injury though.Just pain in my shoulder blade and numbness in half of my right hand.. never felt anything like this before

 

Uh oh!!! You better be careful!!!

 

Oh yeah… not doing anything heavy for awhile…I just hope it pass’s on it’s on cause I don’t want to go through shoulder surgery again

 

Do you ever see a chiropractor?

 

Just drove to church with the windows down.

 

This summer has flown by.


Fall and winter are my favorite times of the year. I generally have more free time and the temperatures are better.

 

It feels good.almost college football time

 

I haven’t ,but probably need to try it.I still do my stretch’s and exercises..and the weird thing it doesn’t hurt moving or stretching…just a dull pain at the top of my shoulder blade,like right at the point of it by my spine…and numb/tingling in my fingers

 

Could need an adjustment

 

Has yours ever hurt after you had your surgery..

 

Oh ya!!! I also see a chiro. I can tell when things need adjusting and when thats where the pain is coming from.

 

Sounds like a pinched nerve in your neck if you’re having numbness. Stretching and time but as mentioned, chiropractor could help

So true, even if I stay in a nice place I want a day between coming home and going back to work just to be in my own house..plus the cats of course. One of the reasons I refuse to go on the family camping trips anymore
