We don't have to remove them to resurface but, the screw holes or a dead blow.

Dead blow has more weight to it

Yep. Just put some kind of penetration fluid in there first like PB, blaster or enforce

Tried it, failed. A 5 lbs hammer failed.

The owner drive with metal to metal for awhile. Some think the excess heat welded the rotor onto the hub.

No one know how or why it was stuck on.

Tried it, failed. We even tried installing a slide hammer to the threaded holes. Nothing works. A torch would do more damage.

Then we bent the dust shield. Then hit it with a 5 lbs hammer. Broke a quarter off the rotor. Then a air chisel the rest off. From the vibration the rotor fell to the ground. Three hours to remove one rotor.

We soaked it in Kano Kroil.

The rotor was badly damage to save or to resurface.

Nope. Lot of customers like to go to places like plaza tire and jiffy Lube and Valvoline in between dealer services and get their lug nuts. Put on with 250 ft lb of torque. Spec calls for 83 on most Toyota's.

Probably this weekend. I might get out for a few hours here and there before then, though.

Oohh, I love when places do that! I had to stand (bounce) on a breaker bar to get the lugs off my TC after getting winter tires installed at Mr. P's tire. Never again, I don't care how cheap they are.
