    For those of you that don’t know, my middle boy is an MMA fighter. He fights October 14th. He chose this as his walkout song in honor of Maxx❤️

    I listen to it multiple times a day I need to desensitized to it before the fight.

    Been In Australia for over a week now and the only kangaroos I have seen are stuffed ones on the store shelves:(. I haven't even seen them on the menu even in an outback bar in the town Menzies. This place was right out of Crocidile Dundee. :D

    Went to my first support group tonight for parents/family in our same situation. Was a lot and exhausting. They meet once a month. I’ll go again next month. Might take me a few times before I can decide if it’s something I’ll want to continue. It did help to hear other parents say things that no one knows I’ve thought. We’ll see…..

    As one who attends a support group of a different kind (AA), it is definitely good to at least explore and see if it's for you. Doesn't cost anything but a little of your time and even if you hear one thing you relate to or identify with it's another tool in the tool chest for you.
