    Never never never get a partners name. Once ya do, it’s over. Everyone knows this!

    Not judging btw….. Kenz did it then got a divorce:frusty: Turned it into a gorgeous family dedicated tattoo. She got the tree that Maxx painted thst Aus and I have too, but she added more to it. Put our whole family’s birth month flowers and a note that Maxx wrote to her and Aus after they all hung out and stayed the night together cuz:drunk: was going on. I love hers so much I am going to the girl that did hers to get my next one done.

    I normally hate my smile but..

    Short version, I was an adopted child at 6 months old and have no memory of that life. Through some luck, I connected with some of my birth family last year. One of my 2 aunts on my mom's side was here last summer and we caught up for dinner.

    An old girlfriend's father had a homemade tattoo of a heart with "Pete and Jane". I knew her mom's name wasn't Jane so I figured classic mistake. I then learned his name wasn't Pete and said WTF, did his friend pay him to get it for him and his girl?

    He was born Carl. Adopted very young and renamed Pete. Met Jane, got tattoo. Sometime after learned his original name and legally changed it back.

    Speaking for myself, I once said no words. I broke that one pretty quick. But names, I would never do except parents and children (I don't have children). I'd only consider my wife's name if she passed away..or perhaps a small cupcake over my heart with her initials.
