    The first house that we liked, with a peaceful setting. Had an English cottage feel and look.
    I had a friend that does remodeling for a living come out with me. Unfortunately, has a lot more structural issues than I thought. To do the renovations we need, repair the foundation issues and repair the rotted siding it was going to be around $300,000. So that one is off the list.
    The second house might just work out. It’s priced a little high and needs some work. I’m taking to rest of the family to the open house tomorrow to get their opinions.

    I saw a pool guy this spring add chemicals that made a perfectly clear pool turn green like you top picture in 5 minutes. It was a new pool and the service guy put 2 different chemicals in in the wrong order or something and whoops, 3 days till anyone wanted to swim again and a birthday party was scheduled for the next day.

    In the spring we can turn a pool in a day most of the time. But, at this time of the year down here with the heat, rain and home owners adding chemicals to try to do it themselves, it can take a few days.

    I dont know how long it took to clean up, I just know the homeowner was sure it would take 3 days, I live in South GA so I know what summer heat is
