    Whelp.... Got home only to find out the entire apartment complex has been sold out from under us.

    On the bright side, per Missouri law, any non-criminal convictions or evictions have to wait until 180 days from ownership change before they could even approach changing currently's or anything. So I've got 6 months until they change anything supposedly. Hopefully.
