Oh boy….. that’s not a good idea! The first one I got, I told him about, he didn’t say anything….I took that as it was OK right?


The second one he told me I could get whatever I wanted for Christmas so one day I took off out of town and got a tattoo of my kids signatures. He didn’t seem terribly upset so few days later I snuck off and got 2 more…..

After what happened he said he couldn’t tell me no about this one since it was Moke’s painting.

Idk if I can sneak another one in, but believe me…. If I can find a way, I’m gonna!!

 

and I missed that opportunity…. I should have done that right away, but it also wouldn’t have been the one I didn’t know I’d want.

 

Not to be too nosey but Whats his hang up with you getting tattoo? My wife just tells/told me she was getting a tattoo (a while back), basically covering up an old crappy one. She thought I might get upset about it, i just said...why?

I really dont care about tattoos, I do have some personal issues with certain types of tattoos, i wont say in open forum out of respect for this thread and I dont want to start something if someone opposes my opinion. But thats just me. Im not totally against them. If that makes sense...

@wilcam47 I should rephrase that he don’t like them at all on anybody but for other people (except us) he feels to each their

 

I understand. But you already have them so..., kinda like we said a while back...its not like you can take a tattoo back for a refund

 

I mean…. I agree with that, but he doesn’t. I have used that argument and all of my tattoos are very symbolic. He’s not havin it yet….. but I’ll keep trying!

Look me and my Wife don't have tattoo's. But I promise you if you tell him you are going to go get a new tattoo while you are standing in front of him butt neked the fight is over

 

I have 11 and my wife has 13. I’m just not a fan of leg or face tattoos

 

Yeah face tattoos are tops of my dislike

This wouldn’t work…. That’s how much he REALLY doesn’t like them on me.

I have 4 tats and te wife has one...unless you count her eyeliner and eye brows. She wont get another one cause according to her, it hurts like a son of a bitch (except when she got the cosmetic stuff done). All mine have a special meaning to me. Considering another one but don't know what?

Upper or lower? Knee down is ok but for some reason thigh tattoos don’t look right to me

 

I like one leg sleeve but not both

I almost got my tree tattoo in the outter side of my calf. Decided to put it same spot as Aus but on opposite side.

 

Excellent idea mostly, though it might not always work. Much like the saying "a wife will never yell at her husband while he's cleaning the house" doesn't work for me.

I have 4, some bigger than others and all easily hidden with a long sleeve shirt. I will be honest and admit at least one could offend religious folks, and I've gone to great lengths to make sure my parents don't see that one
