    I planned 2nd and 3rd shifts today.
    The previous planner looked it over and only a couple things we changed….. he said overall it was good:)

    Give it some time. There will be some things that you don’t do often enough to remember. Take good notes, then review your notes walking through the system while it’s fresh on your mind, then when you have to do whatever it is, you’ll be able to walk through it.

    Ive got notes on notes! They are kind of teasing me about how many I take. I’m old school and need to write em out, helps me learn. They keep trying to get me to go digital, but if I do thst, I can’t bring ‘em home and review!
