    My 2¢, exactly what my thoughts are worth, ... when we were growing up the engines were far less high tech and complicated, so you got "analog" gradual indications that the battery was "wearing out." These engines today are so computerized "digital" that it's precisely and strictly go/no-go. Hit the magic low number and you are shut down. That's how my simple "Boxes on Airplanes" mind sees it anyway. :notsure:
