For Stock Rigs Only

Already thought of all that. Going to get 2 6x6x8' treated posts. Set them 3' in with at least 150# of Quikcrete in each post. I'll add about 4" of gravel to the bottom of each hole first. 15' apart should serve most standard 13' hammocks. I'll install some stainless steel hardware.

Plan to stain the posts black, add lighted caps and finish them off with some plant hangers for some colorful decor.

Any other tips?

I can get 2 posts for around $100. Figuring 6-8 bags of concrete, $5 each. The post caps are about $15 a piece. Guessing $20 for some hardware. The hammock is $100-$200 dollars. Another $20 for some flower hooks. $50 for a couple of Sunpatient hanging baskets. I already have some Cabot black stain.

Hoping less than $500 total.

I've got some time off in June if I don't start it earlier

 

So somehow my luck I just found out even though the beater is a 1995 Chrysler/Mitsubishi adopted OBDII early on. Maybe I can get it running good enough to get to Autozone (less than 2 miles) and read the codes.

Yeaaaa no. So somehow this thing only has 1 code! No misfire codes just a P0171, bank 1 too lean. So it looks like I'm on the right track thinking fuel. Gonna order a fuel filter, it'll probably be ok, nope, nope. Thing looks really, really old! At this point I'm tired of dicking with it. Gonna get it running somewhat decent and ship it. Just have to wait on Pennsylvania to get me the title...
