Hey! That's the same guy who runs our saws at the mill! Actually... kinda looks like our strapper too. Maybe three or four other guys I work with too.

Yea people just think all the rednecks and hillbillies are only in the South. Apparently they've never been in the Northern wilderness.

Your gonna need some suspension work and some tire trial and error to get a “grip” lol.
Once your front end pushes adding throttle will do nothing except get you going straight faster.

I had one turn in particular, a long sweeper, I went in a little hot, lifted, back end started to rotate so I got back on the throttle to help keep it rotating around the turn, and then the front end let go and I slid 30 feet sideways.

At some point a bigger tire hurts you as lbs per inch decreases and plus if the surface is dirty etc
It can’t force itself into the surface because of it.

I'm thinking that the amount this truck has been lowered is also hurting me. With a 275/40-18 tire up front, I would think I'd have at least some decent turn in ability. We were also running on concrete today, and my tires are 400 treadwear.

Your CG is low so it’s hard to rotate the weight to the outside with the suspension/ tires you have

I almost forgot! I did have one part failure today. My antenna broke at the base where the casting had become so corroded. So I now have a ugly stained bird butthole looking thing on my fender instead of an antenna.

I set my coilovers nearly as soft as they would go to try and get the weight transfer, but it didn't seem to help. I'm also not entirely sure the health of those coilovers since they've been on the truck since before I got it.
