Ten tire-kickers in the last week or so. Everyone wants that clean TRD Tacoma but at that trashed Chevy price.
I drive through Northwood NH on my way to Claremont. Small world. ROCKPORT.. we used to do CG patrols up there. Damned woodspeople, they all pahk’ their cahs in the yahd!

That being said though, I was stationed in Virginia for years and have a hint of a southern accent I can't get rid of and at least once per week get asked where I'm from.

 

Then you know my Sistah's spot. She's on the waddah, south of the Hahbah, across from Indian Island light. And yup, 202's a nice drive. Just can't be in much of a hurry. Brotha's on a pond not fah from the rt 4 intersection....

ok...i'll stop now. My midwest colleagues get a kick every time i go home, i come back sounding different.

 

I spent a couple weeks in Appleton WI area, a week in i-dont-remember MI, and unfortunately frequent Tinley Park IL for work.. and always give them shit goin "DONTCHA KNOOOOO"

They always try to get me to eat those nasty fried cheese curds. Wtf is wrong with you people out there

 

Mid Wisconsin can be pretty nice. The CITY of Chicago I'll put up against any city anywhere (lived there 28 years, never wanted to move in, then had a hard time moving out). But Tinley Park and that whole South Suburban wasteland.....not my cuppa

 

So Lucille is going to the dealer tomorrow for the frame treatment. Anyone else here had this experience yet?

 

Originally from Jackman, up on the border. But for a few months the past year I was up and down through your neck of the woods and to RI for family. Had a civic then though, way cheaper on gas luckily...

 

Funny you say "at Chevy prices" because I've got one in my drive I've been trying to sell for 700 and even I'm getting nothing but tire kickers.
