So I got my little Bluetooth scanner in and got to work!

Initially when I went to Auto Zone they only showed the P0171 and I was chasing my tail on that. Well low and behold...

Checked the O2 sensor voltage and it was initially pegged out at 5v? Re-seated the connector and somehow it came alive and was reading and changing with different throttle inputs. Being a '95 the live data is a little delayed... I know the wiring to the TPS and other throttle sensors is questionable at best, but now I've got a better starting point. I did clear the codes and took it for a drive. It ran better and no CEL yet, but I can definitely feel there something up with the TPS.
