Didn't do nothing constructive today. Still haven't sold the Talon and the guy with the trade flaked out. So, I will make you guys suffer by showing it in all of its rusty glory...




TPS sensor is pretty much spent at this moment so it's gonna be out of commission till I can find the parts. Apparently my year/build date needs the entire throttle body replaced, so...

 

I think I saw one at the local pick n pull the other week...

That's probably the plan. Although there's a mod to use the 60mm throttle body from an inline 6 Jeep. Gonna try the other options first. Ironically I got a TB gasket to replace the old one since I want to clean the TB. Looks like I need to hold onto that for a little bit. That little $3 frigger took a week to come in from Carquest.

 

That's how long it took for them to stop laughing about somebody still owning one of these and trying to fix it up.

Yes Sir. I figured 3 days of work. It may be more as the plumbers really hacked away at the ceiling joists and the sub-floor. There are areas where I can't even find ceiling joists to try and box in or sister up. I'll do what I can. Did get the sub-floor in around the new shower area and got the new shower wall up. Did a test fit of the shower pan and it's spot on. I'll get a few pics today. Some of the hacking seems like it's original. I figure if that house has been that way for over 100 years, not doing anything in those areas shouldn't be an issue. I can see the new PVC tied into the original cast iron drain pipes.
