Can you do a quick series of drain & fills all in one sitting that will replace most of the fluid?

You could. I would just put back what you drain out each time. Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes to mix the fluid.....rinse/repeat as many times as you want while putting an extra half a quart in on the last one.

When you're done...let the truck sit and cool for awhile. Then perform a proper level check

 

Obviously I mean put back what you drain out with new fluid each time.

I figured.

Can you get the pumps that fit the larger 5 qt jugs?

 

My head explodes just seeing that.

It’s not.
You can use gear oil also if I read it right.
But our gear train takes like less than 2 qts.
So not needed. A flush needs lots of capacity.
