You would be correct sir. I left after demo to allow things to dry. I'll load up tomorrow morning and if everything is dry, I'll start the rebuilt of the post bases. The balusters will have to wait for another time.

I worked 3 hours today, but am charging a full day.

 

Seems like the house hunt will continue. Just heard from the contractor giving us an estimate and he said 80-90k and they wouldn't be able to start until late fall, maybe move in ready by early December. That's a bit farther out than we can deal with currently. And also probably more than the sellers want to come down on price.

 

Boy I wish I could have done that.
Mine was working all day and getting paid 3 hours

Sorry to hear Pat. I was rootin' for ya, but sometimes it doesn't work out. Gonna continue my hunt in another state in the Spring...
