Pulling 20 hour days at work.. spent 20 mins playing catch-up on here. Spent yesterday loading the launcher and doing valve maintenance. 3am wakeup and hour drive to launch the cleaner pig in the dark this morning. Wont be catching it until 9pm an hour and a half away. Gonna be a long one. Three more days..

    Afternoon folks! :hattip:

Went to look at that house, and it turned out to be a bust... Looked in the garage/shop first and it was huge for a two car, was perfect, I was amped! Then it went to shit from there. The inside was old, but nothing but some cleanup and paint. Went to the basement and that's when it went to shit. The breaker panel was 200 amp with 100 amp wiring going into it. WTF o_O Oh, here we go, it got worse. While the brand new gas water heater looked good the furnace was an absolute rusted out mess, it was well past end of life. Then I looked at the oil tank. Sure enough it was fubar. I was afraid to look at it wrong for fear it would bust. Looked at the fuel guage and it showed empty. Ohhhhh those crafty sombiches... Ok, well, we'll draw up the contract on contingent of a furnace inspection so we could get some money back for that (rough estimate in a gas unit install is about $8,000-$10,000 in my area). We looked into the selling information and it was as is, no getting money off, especially in this market. Fuck...

Moral of the story is I need to stop looking in the garages first and get my hopes up  *sigh* onto the next one...

Big brake issue right rear as the self adjust we was not positioned right and the dam thing was backed off A LOT… Had to pull the wheel and straighten that out.
No mice…. I found out from ”customer” he followed a shit truck or something….
    Nothing inside was found..

As you can see he did work on his truck..

    Unfortunately I found a broken leaf spring…
    So he’ll get a est. for that…

I tried to teach him the correct way to hammer nails

He ain’t quite got it yet.

Had to ask him to stop.
    Was running out..
    ROFLMAO

It was a good day overall.
A good friend makes that happen….

When my friend was looking at buying his house, he would look at the garage first. If he didn't like the garage he wouldn't go in the house.

Right back at ya Mike! That continuous drain & fill process is slick as snot and that pump kick ars. The GB shifts smooth as silk.

Was glad to help you out....least I could do for you ensuring the GB was in good shape.

    :fistbump:

Getting that leaf replaced tomorrow after the new tires are installed.
