I guess that's sensible. I'll have to find a happy balance it seems. This one was just too much to do right away, like $15,000 cash outta my pocket plus the closing cost. Yea, not happening. I can work with it needing work, but not complete mechanical failures.

There will be more houses out there, just a bad time of the year. Still gonna go through the pre-approval process again just to have it.

It took me about 15min but I got that friggin adapter to lock in.
Dam thing was .010 diameter to thick.
Sooo I got my belt sander out with 80 grit.
It’s still tight but don’t want to push it. At least it locks. Not that we didn’t have any issues with
the adapter we used but, I bought it just for that adapter. At least there are options…
Got to get the steering rack installed tomorrow on the Elva and then maybe build that ladder Thursday. Text me your schedule and see if I can get you on the boat next week..

I had the Toyo Open Country AT2 before the Coopers. Coopers are far better imo. No experience with the Wranglers.

Tomorrow morning - 8:00 am appointment for new tire installation and alignment. Then after & about 1 mile down the road, leaf spring replacement. GB should be good to go for fall/hunting season.

I don't archery hunt anymore, so I don't know the season dates.

    Evenin' fellers :hattip:

So despite being a little frazzled from the house showing I am still going through the process of re-doing my mortgage pre-approval. The likeliness of finding anything this time of the year is slimming, but I'm gonna keep renewing it this time if all goes well with this loan officer. The last one left me a little sour, soo...

Also thinking about it I realized I need to get rid of alot of crap if I move eventually. I made the mistake of scoping out the attic space above the garage. I'll warn you guys, it's not pretty, borderline NSFW...

Yea, looks like a trip to the recycling centre is in order. There's even S10 parts up here from 4 years ago  Then I looked over my fluid and chemical shelves. Jesus, where did I go wrong!?

Alot of it has to come down in the basement for the winter, but I suspect I can fill a contractor size garbage bad full of shit. I promise you guys, I keep a clean home and truck. The garage just gets away from me...

Some cabinets and proper shelves would help that mess immensely
