Hey Big Bill. Temps back to normal around here. It was a nice preview of fall though for a few days

 

Yessir. Tool failed .8 miles into the 45 mile run so we’re blowing down and reloading it in a few hours. Launching tomorrow at 4am but will only have half the flow so im bringing a blanket to nap, will prob be a 25+hr day.

 

Blanket? A dang blowup mattress would be better!

Good luck and hope it goes well. There was one here that they failed to pig a few times, it couldn't make it through one of the downhill bends. Lots of money later they 3D scanned it and printed a full size replica to practice on. Small imperfection in the bend was preventing the pig from passing. Thought it was pretty cool.

The guy running the pig was standing there telling us how he had to dig up and cut out the tool on his prior run last month elsewhere, thanks for the pep talk bud.
The electrical shit out and none of the gauge sensor fingers recorded. If it fails again we’re out of compliance with the feds because Nova Scotia needs the tool by Monday.
