Isn't that what you do every Friday night? :D

Joking aside, enjoy your "me" time. Today with about five minutes warning, my boss asked me to replace 30 ft of chain on an outfeed deck during lunch break. 30 feet of chain in 30 minutes? No problem bud!

Due to blowing up a 10hp motor at the end of the day yesterday, I had to get up at 2:45 this morning to be into work an hour early. Gotta get that motor out before the parts come in at 6 so it's ready to go back together.

10HP ain't too bad to be honest. The fun ones at my place are the 30HP sorter motor/gearbox combo that you gotta get up in the air strung by the ceiling supports because that's the only way to get them up there. We just replace those whole assemblies as they get abused to shit day in, day out. I know of one that's making the "death rattle" that are in a shitty spot. Shit probably just jinxed myself...

That sounds like a grand ol time! We only have three 30hp motors in this mill. Debarker, head saw, and chipper. All three are easy to access and two can be removed with a crane.
