For 75 mph....that ain't bad for a 5.7. She's just a big old thirsty engine. Being an older design, Toyota just wasn't necessarily going for efficiency

@Delta09 Adam you are looking in the good area for taxes. Hamilton township, CASD. Neighboring Tuscarora or Greencastle school districts are through the roof in taxes. If I had to guess a street it would be Wood Duck? Good Luck!

Even closer to you, Laurich Drive right off Leafmore. :D Taxes on that house are still a little "salty" but not too bad. I assume this house will be a hot property, so the chances of getting it might be slim. However, I have to try every one I can. The closing cost are gonna kill me, gonna have to figure that one out.

Got to take the Talon on a run today. Probably one of the last before it gets put in the garage for the winter. I can tell it's getting hot, but the temp gauge isn't going above normal. I'm sure I'll figure it out.

My luck, I'll have it half apart and find a place to move to dead of winter. How it normally goes...

Just ask for half or all of closing costs as part of the sale.

In this market and this specific house/location there's no way. Gonna ask for $2K or $3K, but the rest I gotta pull outta my ass somehow  Closing cost on this house is about $10K.

Pennsylvania has some crazy ass cost/taxes, but the tags for my truck are $65 and the cars $38 a year. It's screwed up.

Adam you can apply for a Homestead exemption for your property taxes. I did and it reduced what I pay. https://dced.pa.gov/local-government/property-tax-relief-homestead-exclusion/

I just paid something like almost $500 last month because Maine bases your vehicle on the msrp, not what you actually paid or what your vehicle is actually worth. Which is absolute horse shit.

    Also.. good morning all
