Ok, so issue has been solved. Tech forgot to do it, the parts were on his toolbox, but got forgotten. So, gonna take it back tomorrow before work. Sucks, but they owned up to it...

It it wasn’t written down on a separate line and hi lighted it’s not the techs fault.
