I'm in today as well. Was supposed to be changing 60 ft of waste conveyor belt. Just as I get all my stuff there, one of the cleanup guys comes over and goes "yeah, there's a chain off of the outfeed deck for the mill. We can't move any bundles, help?" Cue me getting out there to find that a loader ripped the tail sprocket and it's shaft clean off the chainway, hence the chain being "off."

No biggie, welded it back together in 20 minutes. Then I'm looking at the extra slack in the chain and going "sum ting wong hea..." only to find they also snapped the tensioner bearings off that chain, which we conveniently don't have any more of. Oh boy.

 

Its been a proper hot mess at my work too. Just. Wont. End.

 

I knew that would be the dumpster fire gif before it loaded.

 

What can I say, I'm predictable most times
