Little bugger had a good run, they usually only live 15-20. He had the best of everything, open cage policy 24/7, and a good life which is small consolation. Just strange how quiet the house is now.

In other news, putting a deposit on a 2018 inferno Tundra in KY as soon as they open and heading into the Portland to lay in the techno-tube for my spine MRI in a couple hours. :dancingbacon: Welcomed distractions.. Yay adulting!

Didn't know you had back trouble. Does not sound fun.

    Where in KY?

Sitting in those stupid small boats with broken seat shocks chasing idiot drug-runners in the Coast Guard for 4 years does wonders on your discs. Blew my L5-S1 and was told I need them fused, getting a second opinion first.

    Hazard, KY. Yeehaw!

Glad to see so many super white TRD sports here.
2015 DCLB with only 44,000 miles on it (almost broken in)
    Mechanically stock
Starting at the back and working forward
    Weather Tech bumper step.
    Tonopro folding toneau cover
    Bed mat
Used stainless T-nuts to install extra tie down as well as two bike mounts
Gold plug stainless magnetic drain plugs in rear diff, transfer, Automatic trans and engine oil drain plugs
Drained and filled with 75W90 Amsoil severe gear (diff, transfer and front diff)
Used Dimple magnetic in front diff since Gold plug was to large in diameter
    Weather tech floor liners
Do my own oil changes (always have). Using toyota filter and Pennzoil ultra platinum 5w30
    BPF front skidplate
    Bilstein 4600 front and rear
Westin Pro Traxx Stainless step bars
Centric High Carbon front rotors and Akebono Cermamic pads (also self install since its so easy). Really like this combo, very smooth and totally silent and low dust as side benefit
Currently wearing Replica Wheels and 245/70R17 yokohama ice guards.. Will switch to summers when we have to actually drive to the office. Have put on barely 20 miles in last 2 months.
Uni filter Mod on secondary air pump
Magnefine inline 3/8 filters in trans cooler line and PS return line
Derale 10 row stacked plate aux trans cooler and oil thermostat so as not to overcool
    ultraguage in the inside

Also Krown'd every year.. First time was 2 days after I bought it

working on the rear diff breather relocate once it warms up

    Two reasons i bought it
#1 to get up to the cottage in the winter.
#2 to haul all the parts and the finished product on my soon to retire bucket list

Hey all. Been feeling sick for about 6 weeks, all symptoms of COVID19, but because I don’t have a fever, no test for me. Well, regulations have relaxed a bit and I can get tested... Waiting on those results. What an awful test. Felt like my brain was getting scraped.

Having severe scoliosis and disk degeneration, I totally empathize with those that have bad backs. My disks have shrunk so much that I have lost 2 inches of height. It has straightened out my back a bit though. At its worst, my head was about 3.5 inches off center. I used to error out chiropractors back measuring machines to the point they would put it into maintenance mode to read my back and reset their end point measurement. They had never seen anything like it.

Damn Kevin. That's a long time to feel bad. Keep us posted.

Back in '98 I had some disc issues as well. Tough 12 months. But it thankfully healed up over the course of that year. Once in a blue moon my left foot and calf will still get numb from it if I stand in one place too long. But nothing too bad. I got lucky considering that it can be a life long battle for some.

I feel for you folks with chronic pain though. :(

Goodness. Growin' old ain't for sissies.

@old man 895 i'm sorry about your horse, 21 years caring for ANYTHING is gonna bring tremendous attachement, both you and @FlyingWolfe got hit hard on that front. Sorry to hear.

Flying Wolfe, glad you found that truck. And i'll add, I'm a New Englander with roots a few hundred years deep, although presently displaced, and I'm here to tell, Kentucky has some unspeakably beautiful country. If you haven't been you're in for a treat.

Working my a** off. At my desk now even catching my breath before getting back out to the floor to get the week done and over with. (Manufacturing - essential - heavy ship day)

Ex husband was from Chattanooga and I fly at Lookout Mtn when I venture down yonder, visited KY once or twice. Its gorgeous down there, took me a couple years to get rid of my southern accent living in shithole Virginia for 5 yrs but 10 mins south and its back again.. I stick out like a damn hammered thumb up in Maine with it:rofl:
