New tires on the 3rd gen today...

    20220808_163037.jpg

So now both trucks have the same tires

Kept the old tires as a local member wanted them. It'll keep another Tacoma passing inspection for another couple years.

Yeah....for those of us who grew up in the 70s and 80s....she was probably a crush for most of us at one time or another. Also seemed like a really decent human being.

My wallet and MPG's appreciate it too

I'll probably get 20-25k outta this set; I'm pretty hard on tires. But, since I'm off that mountain that should be close to 3 years now instead of 1 1/2

I saw a tugboat in California that made the Kessel Run in less than 12 parsecs!

Mornin folks. I don't know much about being square... but this seems a little fucky. The right side of the deck is sitting almost a foot lower than the left. This is what we put a couple tons of logs on to get them in our mill. Needless to say, it's getting new supports.

Little bit muggy out there, but I don't mind it too much...

Had to make an appointment to bring the 3rd gen to the dealer. It always has had some kind of like shutter or slight misfire feeling in certain cases, but this past month it has been getting pretty damn severe. It'll almost feel like it's bucking o_O Pretty sure they're gonna tell me it's normal, but at least it will be on file. Kinda wondering if it's related to a month or so back I pulled the truck in the garage after coming back from gmas house up the mountain and I could smell coolant. Temp gauge never went up, but it's just odd that it seems to be acting up now pretty bad...
