    Afternoon stockers :hattip:

Took the truck down to the coin op and pressure washed all the mud off the underside, brought it inside, fired up the heater, and did a nice rinseless wash.

Also did the Subaru, it wasn't quite as dirty so didn't require a trip to the coin op first.

This complex was built in 2006, and after the AC died in early July last year, fortunately it was less than the original three weeks quoted to get a service call. The great plumbing & heating tech that came out replaced the completely dead flux capacitor in mine, and the flux capacitor in my BF next door's AC unit, which was functional but more bulged than mine. Later in the year, since I paid for the year's AC & furnace service deal, the two guys that came out replaced the flux capacitor in the furnace, and noted that it was a manufacturer they weren't familiar with (and it had leaked some oil into the circuit breaker (part of the panel handle, so the circuit is disconnected when the panel is removed) socket. A heat pump could be in the future for this place... (96 apartment units in six buildings...)
2-4" of snow forecast today, cold Tuesday, 8-12" Tuesday night-Wednesday... Feels like December, and there are still lots of green leaves on the trees. Should I leave Barcelona Red in the garage, or rotate it out for a couple weeks, that is the question. Excuse me, "Spam Ricks" is calling according to the synthetic voice on the landline phone interpreting "Spam Risk" on the Caller ID.
    Stay dry, warm, and entertained...

Well, she found a pretty ideal situation. Downtown Portsmouth. Able to get on a plane this am knowing she’s all set. Well. Except for the loan….

glad to see my truck, got her cleaned up. It appears the mouse trap and peppermint kept the critters at bay
