Mornin peeps. Inventory day at work, so just me and the boss in today. Everybody else is probably counting sheep still.

 

You are correct it doesn't get better as I'm going to have surgery on my rotator cuff next week I know you have heard this before but take a quick second or two and think how this or that will effect your body in the long run. I have done it the wrong way and now im paying.

Happy Monday. Work day even though today is the federal holiday evidently. Should be slow. All sorts of online training. Boring slow day looking at a screen. Not my cup o’ T. Oh well.

Not sure it's fair to call it "mother nature" because we were forecast to get 6-8 inches, and it's only 3. Totally a dude move.

 

Well now we're into the forecast range. Better late than never, but I was hoping to have had a sporty drive into work. Now the stupid plows will have it all mowed down and I won't have any fun.

 

Nice Octane. I've seen a Tundra or two around here in that color. Definitely a cool unique color

 

Thank you. It's the reason I have a Taco. After driving my buddy's SR and loving the feel I was already tempted, but I loved my Tundra. He sent me a pic of either the Tundra or the Sequoia in Solar Octane and I told him "man, if they ever did that color on the Tacoma, I'd have to get one." He sent me a pic of the Taco, and the rest is history.

New shelving for my tools!

 

Do I detect the progressively fading enthusiasm from bottom to top in those 5 nails/screws?

Bottom is perfection. Square and even spacing.

Next shelf up... eh, close enough.

Top shelf... F**k it.




Or was it the progress through beers consumed during the job that I am observing?

 

I hit the head of another screw on that top shelf. I flipped the shelf as I didn't want to see the blue edge of the OSB. That threw off the 16" OC for the shelf supports.
